We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Maternity Leave Cover Events Manager to create amazing and memorable experiences with the smooth running of all our Wedding and Events

Your day to day;

  • Full set up and close down of wedding or event as per requirements.
  • Meet with wedding couples and event organisers to gather information regarding the details of their day.
  • Training of staff to provide exceptional experiences through warm hospitality.
  • Communicate information to the relevant departments to ensure all weddings and events run smoothly on the day
  • Represent and host Wedding and Events showcases
  • Work with the Food and Drink Management team to produce an effective and efficient rota
  • Support the Food and Drink operations when not running a wedding and or event.

Who are we looking for?

As Events Manager you will be a confident communicator with the ability to motivate and engage your team. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with the operation of weddings or events.

We are particularly looking for someone who is organised and has an eye for detail.

It would be ideal if you have previously worked in either an Events Management role or a Food or Drink Management role but experience of running weddings or events is essential.
