We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking Private General Dentists and Specialist Dentists to join our established, patient-focused private practices in Kettering and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value ethical dentistry, high clinical standards, and working within a structured, supportive private environment.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality private dental care within your scope of practice
- Carry out thorough consultations and ethical treatment planning
- Work closely with General Dentists, Specialists, and multiple Treatment Coordinators
- Contribute to internal referrals and collaborative care
- Provide an excellent, patient-focused experience throughout the treatment journey
Earning Potential
With a treatment‑coordinated, led consultation system, current clinicians generate £3,000–£6,000 per day gross, dependent on experience, scope of practice, availability, and patient demand. This reflects existing performance within the clinic and is not guaranteed.
