We are looking for Invigilators to assist our Exams Officer in ensuring the fair and proper conduct of examinations in an environment that enables students to perform at their best during mock examinations and exam periods. If you have some spare time and are looking for part-time ad-hoc hours, we would like to hear from you. Hours are flexible in accordance with the needs of the exam being undertaken at the time. You should ideally be able to do a minimum of 3 hours at any one time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth and efficient running of examinations
  • Ensure examination regulations are followed at all times
  • Uphold the integrity of the examination process
  • Provide a calm and orderly environment for students during assessments
  • Work with the Exams Officer and as part of a team or independently as required

  • Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
