Kettell Windows Ltd has been installing windows and doors across Leicestershire for 21 years. We are a family-run business, proud of our reputation for quality installs, honest advice, and a team that genuinely cares about homeowners.

We are looking for an experienced fenestration sales professional to join us — someone who knows aluminium and uPVC products inside out, and believes the best sale is the one where the customer gets exactly what they need.

What makes this role different:

  • You will be selling on the back of 850+ verified customer reviews and a 99% recommendation rate.
  • Our Leicester showroom provides customers with a tangible experience of the products.
  • You will have in-house surveyor support on complex quotes.
  • A long-standing network of trusted builders, scaffolders, and suppliers is behind you.
  • Uncapped commission — there is no ceiling on what you can earn.

What we stand for:

We are not a pressure sales business. We treat every homeowner with respect, listen before we speak, and match our extensive product range to their needs. Compliance and doing things the right way are non-negotiable — we are FCA authorised, FENSA registered, and GGF members.

You will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven fenestration sales experience in aluminium and/or uPVC.
  • You are a natural listener who finds the right solution.
  • You want flexibility — full or part time, employed or self-employed.
  • You are ready to be part of a business that genuinely supports you.

Interested? Send your CV and a short note about yourself to hello@kettellwindows.co.uk — we would love to hear from you.
