As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help nurture our valued client relationships. As our Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services. Working closely with senior account managers, engineering, and operations teams, you’ll help maintain smooth communication between KeTech and our clients.

Key responsibilities include:- Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communications and sales coordination.
- Help manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and meeting targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for client review.
- Track sales progress and maintain accurate account records.
- Attend client meetings and assist with presentations or reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen customer relationships.
