The Job

Key Objective:

Meet and exceed a new business sales target.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Generating your own meetings through business development activity & networking.
  2. Meeting with prospective customers to understand their business and requirements.
  3. Preparing and delivering proposals, ensuring a best-fit solution is proposed.
  4. Liaising with our commercial team to review quotes and seek the best possible commercials from the networks.
  5. Liaising with the customer, acting as the point of contact from sale to go live.
  6. Working with internal departments to ensure cross-selling wherever possible.
  7. Updating our internal CRM throughout.
  8. Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through every interaction.

Person Specification

Experience:

  1. Previous sales experience within either an indirect or direct mobile channel.
  2. Delivering and presenting proposals.
  3. Onboarding customers.

Core Competencies:

  1. Exceptional communication skills.
  2. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with change/pressure when it arises.

Remuneration and benefits:

  1. £35,000 – 40,000 basic salary & commission.
  2. 21 days holiday rising for every year served to a maximum of 26.
