Role Purpose: The primary purpose of the Field Sales Door to Door Agent is to secure the company's growth through selling internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses, and Communities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the wider team's objectives and delivering individual sales targets, including upselling to higher sales packages and selling value-added sales.
- Being the face of the company brand.
Background/Activity:
- A solid background in sales, ideally door to door from either a telecoms or utilities company; however, all relevant sales experience will be considered.
- Comfortable interacting with potential customers in a field sales focused role, able to adapt approach to ensure a high level of sales conversion.
- Confident in handling objections and tenacious.
- Driven and ambitious, striving to exceed targets and goals.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Managing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
