Due to expansion, we are looking to find an experienced Stock Control Administrator to join our Warehouse Team at Kestrel Foods Ltd.
General Role: You will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are processed accurately and stock movements are recorded appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of Stock Audits
- Booking in of deliveries onto computer software package Defacto
- Keeping accurate records and paperwork of deliveries and returns
- Run labels of batch codes
- Print dispatch paperwork
- Keep area clean and tidy
- Communicate any problems to management in a timely manner
- Ensuring all data is completed and kept up to date
- Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures
- Working efficiently, proactively, and health and safety conscious in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs assigned by your manager
What you will need to succeed:
- You must possess GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role within a Warehouse environment preferably within the food industry
- Have previous experience and strong understanding of stock management systems
- Possess the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and exercise good time management skills
- Be an effective team player
