Kestrel Talent is recruiting two reliable, customer-focused drivers for accident repair centres in Erith. The business provides accident repair and bodyshop services to private customers, insurers and commercial fleets. Its collection and delivery operation helps customers remain mobile while their vehicles are being repaired.

The successful drivers will collect and deliver customers' vehicles, courtesy cars and vans, generally completing journeys within approximately 20-30 miles of the relevant repair centre.

THE ROLE

  • Collect and deliver customer cars and vans safely
  • Deliver and recover courtesy vehicles
  • Complete basic vehicle condition checks at collection and handover
  • Record and report any existing damage or concerns
  • Handle vehicle keys and associated documentation carefully
  • Keep customers informed and provide a professional handover
  • Work closely with reception and bodyshop colleagues
  • Follow planned routes and collection schedules
  • Represent Collision Care professionally when visiting customers
