We are a well-established independent financial advisor practice looking for a motivated, seasoned advisor to join our team with a clear path to owning and operating our existing book of business. What you'll do:
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
- Work closely with the current advisors through a structured knowledge and client transition process
- Develop and execute personalized financial strategies aligned with each client's goals and risk tolerance
- Build trust with existing clients and expand the practice through referrals and networking
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
- Demonstrated track record of client retention, growth, and relationship management
- Strong self-motivation and the drive to work independently with minimal oversight
- Genuine interest in eventually owning and operating an independent financial practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust naturally
- Current and in good standing with all applicable licensing requirements
Nice to have:
