- Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Main duties of the job:
As a Patient Adviser, you will primarily handle administrative duties, as all incoming calls are managed by our call centre. Your responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming emails
- Managing daily tasks from clinicians
- Handling online booking requests
- Providing exceptional front‑of‑house service, directing patients to appropriate services or healthcare professionals courteously and efficiently
- Supporting patients and colleagues in using new technological processes and procedures introduced by the practice
Work Location: Keston Moorings Medical Practice, Purley & Kenley.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour or depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive all visitors and patients with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage and action requests made by patients via the online booking system
- Process incoming emails promptly
- Answer internal telephone calls, redirecting or dealing with them as necessary
- Process prescription requests according to practice guidelines
- Handle patient inquiries and schedule new and follow‑up appointments
- Communicate test results to patients through appropriate methods
- Assist with the booking of transport for hospital appointments
- Arrange interpreter services when necessary
- Schedule medical examinations and extract notes for medical reports
- Process practice notes daily and take required actions
- Liaise with clinical software and telephone companies regarding system issues
