About The Role
Working from our flagship store in Edinburgh, you will act as an ambassador for KESTIN, ensuring that all customers receive an outstanding experience and contributing to the success of our retail presence. Please note: This is a part-time contract, based in Edinburgh. With a variety of hours available, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week. There may also be opportunities for additional hours during busy trading periods.
About You
- Previous experience in retail, ideally with a premium or lifestyle brand (essential)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and peak periods (essential)
- A genuine interest in menswear and Scottish design (preferable)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Confident, engaging, and professional when dealing with customers
- Team-oriented with a proactive, "can do" attitude
- Strong attention to detail and product presentation
- Comfortable with retail systems and basic technology
- Numeracy skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
