About the Role
KESTIN is looking for a Brand and Creative Campaign Lead to coordinate and optimise the planning, briefing, production, approval and launch of all our creative assets and seasonal campaigns. Working closely with the Creative Director and wider ecommerce and marketing team, you will help bring the brand’s storytelling to life through campaign shoots, visual content and creative assets across all channels. From planning and producing photoshoots to managing post-production and maintaining brand consistency, this role sits at the centre of how KESTIN presents itself visually.
You will thrive if you enjoy turning creative ideas into well-organised productions, collaborating with freelance creatives and ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, loves building systems from scratch, and understands how great creative work actually gets made in a global fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end all creative production across campaign, lookbook, seasonal, brand and flatlay shoots (stills and video).
- Source and manage freelance photographers, videographers, stylists, models and locations.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to bring seasonal narratives and campaign concepts to life.
- Prepare production materials including mood boards, shot lists, call sheets and production decks.
- Manage shoot logistics including samples, scheduling and budgets.
- Act as brand guardian on set to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Maintain a rolling 6–12 month campaign and shoot calendar.
- Align campaign production with the trading calendar, product launches and wholesale milestones.
- Ensure shoots are planned well in advance of launches and remain within budget.
- Manage post-production with freelancers including image selects, retouching direction and approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets across ecommerce, marketing, wholesale and press channels.
- Maintain a centralised library of all creative assets across campaign, ecommerce, social and press.
- Develop graphic assets for campaigns, wholesale decks, social media and marketing.
- Support design and layout of lookbooks, presentations and campaign materials.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layout systems and visual language.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in brand marketing or creative operations roles.
- Understanding of creative, design and marketing workflows, ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
- Creative candidate with experience developing brand storytelling and delivering high-quality creative content.
- Strong systems thinker who can bring clarity to ambiguity and structure to creative chaos.
- Proven ability to apply and uphold brand identity guidelines consistently across all outputs.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in resizing, cropping and optimising imagery for both digital and print outputs. Retouching is an advantage.
- Experience contributing to or writing creative briefs.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate direction into on-brand visual outputs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excel is essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with problem solving ability.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to translate insights into authentic creative content.
- Passionate, proactive and collaborative mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Benefits
- 30 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
- Hybrid working (Fridays from home).
- Penfold pension scheme.
- Generous staff discount.
- Opportunity to work closely with a small, creative team in a growing independent brand.
- Exposure to all aspects of campaign production, brand storytelling and creative development.
