The predicted salary is between 32597 - 36363 £ per year.

This role involves working with pupils who need extra support in managing their behaviour, raising their self‑esteem and focusing on their future prospects. The successful candidate will contribute to whole‑school approaches to student behaviour management and support individuals to develop holistically.

The appointment is to a permanent post of 37 hours per week, 40 weeks (39 weeks during term time). The role includes an expectation of attendance at some evening events throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour and self‑esteem.
  • Support pupils’ holistic development and help them stay focused on future prospects.
  • Collaborate with the school team and work independently where appropriate.
  • Build rapport with students, parents/carers, external professionals and school staff.
  • Attend scheduled evening events as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Initiative and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
  • DBS checks required for all posts.
