We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year.
This role is ideal for a Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Supervisor with strong people management experience gained within fast-paced warehousing or distribution environments.
The Shift Pattern
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 12-hour day shifts
- Followed by 12-hour night shifts
This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a warehouse team
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
- Plan and allocate labour and operational resources effectively
- Monitor operational costs and efficiency
- Ensure KPIs and daily targets are consistently achieved
- Promote high performance and a positive team culture
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor
- Proven people management experience within a warehousing or distribution environment

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with resilience and drive
- Confident addressing performance and challenging behaviours where required
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
