Production Operatives Wanted - Join a Friendly and Growing Team

Our client is currently looking to add Production Operatives to their team to support continued growth and demand. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company with a supportive work environment. This will be working a two shift pattern:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday 06:55am - 15:00pm
  • Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 16:00pm - 00:13am and Friday 14:55pm - 22:28pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feeding materials into machinery
  • Operating press machines to punch holes in materials
  • Performing quality checks on finished parts
  • Packing parts according to customer specifications
  • Completing safety and quality paperwork
  • General housekeeping of machines and work areas
  • Meeting production targets

This role involves regular manual handling, including lifting large items and operating machinery, either independently or in pairs, depending on the product size.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ideally, you’ll have recent experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
