We are currently seeking a Factory Labourer to work within a busy manufacturing facility in Birtley. This is a permanent, full-time position. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the manufacturing team with material preparation * Accurately measuring materials in readiness for production * Manual handling and movement of raw materials (including the use of FLT training provided) * Following detailed instructions for various product types * Meeting daily production targets Requirements: * Physically fit – manual lifting is a key part of the role * Good numerical skills – confident working with measurements * Willingness to work across all three shifts * Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Shift Pattern: * Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am – 2:00pm * Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm * Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am You will work one Saturday every three weeks due to the rotating shift pattern.
