We are looking to recruit an Industrial Cleaner to work within a manufacturing facility in Birtley. This position will involve working outdoors and indoors of the factory; therefore, candidates applying must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Hours of work would be: The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off which means working 2 x 12 hour days 6.00am-6.00pm, 2 x 12 hour nights 6.00pm-6.00am and then 4 shifts off.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning of production containers
- Using various industrial solvents
- Manually handling
- Working alone and in a team
- Moving materials using forklift truck
- Helping out in other areas of the factory when required
