We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM) representations for various construction and architectural projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative system designs and contribute to the realisation of complex architectural and engineering concepts. The ideal applicant will possess a strong background in CAD software, 3D modelling, and construction documentation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and detailed BIM models using software such as Revit.
  • Create schematic diagrams, construction drawings, and system designs aligned with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet technical standards and client requirements.
  • Utilise tools to generate complex geometries and optimise design workflows.
  • Integrate schematic schematics and CAD drawings into comprehensive BIM models.
  • Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and visualisation tasks to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Maintain organised project files and ensure model updates are accurately reflected across all documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or in a similar role within the construction or architecture industry.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and other relevant CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of schematics, system design principles, and construction processes.
  • Experience working on architectural visualisations or graphic design projects is advantageous.
