SAP Service Delivery Manager - UK - £100K-£120K OTE
Our client is an exceptional consulting partner excelling in the AMS, SAP Cloud & BTP spaces.
They require an SDM to act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
The role entails:
- Owning contractual SLAs, operational KPIs, delivery costs, capacity and service performance.
- Leading, coaching and developing remote team members while building a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Driving continuous improvement across ITIL processes, operating procedures and knowledge management.
- Resolving technical, operational and process issues quickly, working closely with internal teams and customers.
With SAP, SDM, leadership & ITIL skills, all applicants will be well presented, personable and dynamic. You must have achieved a stable and progressive permanent career. Possessing a valid UK or EU passport, you will have excellent references, C2 English & exceptional people skills.
