The Head of Sales at Kerzner International is a critical leadership role focused on supporting, mentoring, and driving the success of resort-based sales and marketing teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in achieving annual budgets and KPIs by providing strategic guidance, identifying and resolving revenue shortfalls, and inspiring commercial teams across all properties. Acting as a coach, troubleshooter, and change agent, ensuring the alignment of global strategies with property-level execution to drive sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence, serving as the vital link between the global commercial team and property-based sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
