Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities.
- Construct, execute and lead complex selling campaigns.
- Manage virtual teams, pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
- Own sales function contributions to proposition/bid writing and structured procurement responses.
- Lead opportunity pursuits into existing and new Public Sector customers.
- Develop new accounts and business pursuits, and forge productive internal relationships.
Required Experience
- 5-10+ years of demonstrable success in selling professional services and cloud software based solutions to enterprise level customers.
- Extensive experience leading major sales campaigns involving C‑suite level engagement and influence, culminating in deal values between £500k – £2M+.
- Experience selling software design, development/build and test professional service solutions.
- Experience selling Microsoft business applications and Azure solutions.
- Experience selling AI‑enabled, Agentic AI and data‑driven solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of solution selling into the Public Sector.
- Successful building, managing and executing opportunity, account and territory/sector sales plans.
- Evidence of sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationship‑based approach.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Desirable Experience
- Degree level education.
- Broader IT industry experience to support cross‑selling initiatives across the Kerv Group portfolio.
- Experience selling open‑source and AWS‑based software solutions.
- Experience selling into both Public and Private Healthcare organisations within the UK and understanding of healthcare ecosystems, stakeholder landscapes and regulatory dynamics.
