Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a sales professional and future business leader with a demonstrable track record in software and solution selling within the Housing and Property sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Microsoft business applications, open‑source and AWS software, and professional services solutions across the Housing and Property landscape.
- Lead sales opportunity pursuits into existing and new Housing and Property sector customers.
- Develop own accounts and new business pursuits.
- Build and manage relationships with internal virtual teams and client services leads.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, prospect opportunities, qualify sales, construct, execute and lead complex selling campaigns.
- Manage virtual teams, pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
- Own sales contributions to bid writing for procurement processes and lead Go‑To‑Market strategy with marketing and presales teams.
Required Experience:
- 5‑10+ years of demonstrable success in selling professional services and cloud software solutions to enterprise level customers.
- Experience of leading major sales campaigns involving C‑suite engagement and influence with deal values between £500k and £2M+.
- Experience selling software design, development/build, and test professional service solutions.
- Experience selling Microsoft business applications and Azure solutions.
- Experience selling open‑source and AWS‑based software solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of solution selling into Housing and Property sector industries.
- Experience building, managing, and executing opportunity, account, and territory sales plans.
- Evidence of building sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationship‑based approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Degree level education.
- Broader IT industry experience enabling participation in cross‑selling initiatives across the Kerv Group portfolio.
