Launched in July 2020, the Kerv Group is a next-generation ‘customer-first, cloud-first’ provider, created to help customers achieve successful business outcomes in a new digital era. We are undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth following the acquisition of ten highly successful organisations, and we are now over 900 employees.

The role is a QA Automation Specialist within the CX Products Team, focused on delivering software for a major new customer and other customers and tools over the next 7+ years. The team develops and maintains products that integrate with Genesys and implements custom software for customers. There are opportunities to work on other CX Products. The software deliverables cover a wide range of projects, from data extraction and visualization to working with LLMs and AI decision and review processes, and integrating with third-party systems, as well as IVR systems. All software targets very high availability and must be resilient with no single point of failure and a focus on quality and detail.

Your Part to Play: As part of the team, you will work with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to deliver new features, and support the rest of the Project Team when needed. You will contribute to the technical design and testability of products with the Product Director and the rest of the team, including research on the best way to achieve technical goals, understanding customer requirements, and providing timescale estimates. The role is remote based but must be based in the UK due to customer demands.

  • Experience with automated web-based testing frameworks
  • Knowledge on how to build and run automated UI tests

Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience of voice testing tools, such as Cyara or Occam
