These aren’t badges for us, they reflect how we work every day and the standards we hold ourselves to. With more than 900 specialists and over 1,600 technical certifications, we are bringing together expertise across cloud, AI, compliance, data, customer experience and business applications. Working as one connected team, we solve complex challenges and stay accountable from strategy through to delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement. We help organisations build secure, well governed foundations, leverage more from their technology and unlock new opportunities through innovation and AI. Our focus is on making technology work in the real world and delivering lasting value.

THE ROLE

You’ll be part of the Marketing Team in Kerv Digital. At Kerv Digital, we help organisations unlock the power of technology to transform how they work, engage customers and drive business value. We combine deep expertise across Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, AI, DevOps, Data and cloud technologies. With a strong focus on outcomes and real-world value, we make digital transformation feel tangible, purposeful and fast-moving.

We are actively seeking a Marketing Lead for the Private Sector to work closely with the Marketing Director and senior management to research, plan, execute and report on marketing strategies that are measurable and aligned to our sector sales strategy. We’re looking for an individual who has proven experience in managing campaigns and is keen for the next step in their career to be responsible for marketing across multiple industries. The successful candidate will work across our Private Sector sub-verticals: Commercial, Housing, Social Enterprise, Charities and Further Education. You will develop campaigns that reflect the needs of each audience, building tailored awareness of our brand and finding customers ready to engage with sales.

As an experienced technology marketeer, you will know how to put the right content in front of the right people to generate interest and sales opportunities and generate pipeline. You will bring a mix of content, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, events and digital campaign experience. Working in a busy, growth-focused marketing department, you will balance hands-on delivery with campaign planning and commercial reporting. A strong understanding of our core sectors and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) will be critical to identifying target accounts, creating relevant messaging and working with sales to turn engagement into measurable pipeline. You will also work with Microsoft and our wider partners to identify joint marketing opportunities and align campaigns with relevant sector and technology priorities.

We’re willing to invest in an individual looking to make the next step in their career and support with training and growth plans to make a stamp on the way marketing is done within our organisation. If you are looking to work within an existing, talented team by getting your hands dirty with content and campaigns one day, then talking strategy and reports directly with Senior Management the next, this is the role for you. You’ll be used to working across multiple departments and have fun doing it as part of a global team. By helping us tell our story you will help us show clients what it is like to work with Kerv and inspire potential recruits to join us. You’ll be rewarded with a clear career trajectory and training opportunities, as well as the opportunity to learn more about cutting edge tech.

You will be given freedom to help develop our Private Sector marketing strategy, tailoring activity to each sub-vertical, and work with the wider team to understand and implement the Kerv brand values and make sure our USP shines through. You will work closely with our technical teams to translate expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, data and AI into relevant, outcome-led campaigns. You will actively look for opportunities to use AI to improve marketing insight, campaign delivery and efficiency, as well as identify customer needs that could inform campaigns for our AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with sales to agree target accounts, deliver account-based marketing campaigns and share accountability for generating and progressing pipeline.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our core Private Sector sub-verticals, their buying needs and ideal customer profiles, using this insight to prioritise accounts and tailor events and campaigns.
  • Budgeting and ROI forecasting for campaigns.
  • Planning and prioritising marketing activity, managing stakeholder requests and coordinating elements of event delivery, including timelines, logistics, promotion and follow-up, alongside wider campaign commitments.
  • Working with Microsoft, other partners and suppliers to develop joint campaigns, identify relevant opportunities and grow our reach across the Private Sector sub-verticals.
  • Pitching and running with GTM and ABM campaigns and approaches to senior management with budget control and management.
  • Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its marketing tools to manage campaign activity, maintain accurate account and contact data, track engagement and connect marketing activity to sales opportunities.
  • Working closely with our internal design team, comfortable with the Adobe suite, and an eye for design.
  • Maintaining and improving upon Kerv Digital’s social media presence.
  • Marketing Reporting and Metrics: Report on campaign and content performance, target-account engagement, qualified leads, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, and ROI, using Dynamics CRM to demonstrate contribution to growth.
  • Identifying and testing practical AI opportunities to improve research, targeting, content and campaign efficiency, with appropriate checks for accuracy, brand consistency and data privacy.

Required skills / experience:

  • An experienced marketing professional with around 5+ years’ experience in B2B technology marketing.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach, with strong organisational skills essential to working in a busy, growth-focused marketing department. You will need to balance and prioritise competing workloads, manage incoming demand and agree realistic deadlines with stakeholders across campaigns and event activity.
  • Strong sector research and audience insight skills, with the ability to define ideal customer profiles and translate these into targeted account-based marketing campaigns in partnership with sales.
  • Experience of using CRM and marketing platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and demonstrate pipeline contribution. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its marketing tools would be an advantage.
  • An interest in AI and a practical approach to identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance and communicate relevant customer outcomes.
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft or within its partner ecosystem, including joint marketing activity, would be a bonus but is not essential.

We’re also looking for people that fit how we work, which is something like:

  • A determined individual who is willing to work hard to build a successful marketing career.
  • A natural interest in technology would be a huge advantage.
  • A people person who can work with various stakeholders.
  • Happy to work as part of the wider team in both Kerv Digital India and UK, offering honest feedback to senior management.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Ability to work to tight targets and timescales.

What we can do for you:
