About Us
Launched in July 2020, Kerv is a next-generation 'customer-first, cloud-first' provider, created to help customers achieve successful business outcomes in a new digital era. We are undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth following the merger with a number of highly successful organisations. One of those organisations is Kerv Experience who live and breathe customer engagement. Every day, we create and implement award-winning, omnichannel cloud based solutions to help our customers deliver industry-leading customer experience.
At Kerv Experience we know that implementing a new CX platform is a big deal - that comes with big challenges. That's why our expert team is flexible. We're ready to help our customers every step of the way with a fully responsive, risk-free approach, that's built around them. We help our customers leverage the power of GenesysCloud alongside our own technology, such as CXTranslate. We are a Genesys Gold partner and have been the EMEA Genesys Cloud Partner of the Year for a number of years.
About the Role
As a result of acquiring a major new customer, we need a Back-End Developer to help us deliver a multi-year project. The role fits inside the "CX Products Team", who develop and maintain a variety of different products that integrate with Genesys, and who also implement custom software for customers. This role will focus on delivering software for the needs of a major new customer, over the next 7+ years. There will also be opportunities to work on other CX Products.
The software deliverables encompass a wide range of software projects, from data extraction and visualisation to working with LLMs and implementing AI decision and review processes, and integrating with third-party systems. All software will have extremely high availability targets, and must be designed, implemented and architected to be resilient, with no single point of failure and a focus on quality and detail.
You will work as part of a small team, currently consisting of 10 others, working together to design and implement new features, identify and fix defects, and deliver real business value – via working software - to customers.
Your part to play
As part of the team, you will work with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to deliver new features, and support the rest of the Project Team when needed. You will contribute towards the technical design of products with the Product Director and the rest of the team. This includes conducting and organising research on the best way to achieve a particular technical goal, understanding customers' business requirements, and providing timescale estimates.
All about you
- You must have:
- Experience with .NET, C# and a good understanding of SQL.
- Knowledge on how to build and deploy docker containers, particularly in AWS.
- Some experience of Cloud hosting technologies, particularly using Amazon Web Services ie. AWS ECR/ECS/EC2/RDS.
