Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience:
- Dynamics 365 CE implementation and development of custom plugins, workflows and actions
- Strong C# skills for bespoke plugin/workflow development
- Strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills for bespoke interface development
- General Power Automate background
- Insightful entity architecture knowledge, grounded in Fetch XML
- Excellent communicator, able to engage at all levels with customers
- Experience with source control (e.g., GIT), CI and a distributed team development environment
- Windows certifications such as MCP, MCSE, etc.
- Experience with Field Service customisation
Preferred Qualities:
- Most productive working independently yet fully supported when needed
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Escalation handler capable of achieving win‑win outcomes using team skills
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams in India
- Flexible to deliver on tight timescales
