Reporting to Kerv’s Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative, with a demonstrable understanding of driving new business growth and generating qualified pipeline. You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the contact centre and CX practice for Kerv. You will focus on generating leads, building pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, mentoring junior members of the team and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to execute targeted account strategies.
You will be supported by one of the most recognised and respected brands in the Customer Experience market. Kerv has a track record of generating high-quality demand through a mature marketing and lead generation function.
- Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to execute account-based strategies and support with strategic account development.
- Find creative ways to open doors into new prospective accounts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline within Enterprise accounts.
