Your Role – Grow, Learn & Make an Impact
As a Trainee Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsman, you’ll be involved in meaningful and varied work across the costs process, including:
- Preparing Bills of Costs for Detailed and Provisional Assessment and supporting litigation through the Court process.
- Interacting with clients – taking instructions, providing advice, and building professional confidence through real case involvement.
- Supporting fee earners with technical costs guidance and helping stakeholders understand the costs position.
- Delivering work that supports outstanding outcomes for clients and contributes to the success of the firm.
