Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting client and witness statements
- Preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel
- Drafting and preparing court documentation
- Reviewing and organising medical records
- Analysing medical reports
- Conducting legal research on liability and quantum
- Liaising with clients and providing case updates
- Preparing court bundles
- Assisting with billing and disbursement processes
- Attending conferences and hearings, taking detailed notes
- Providing ongoing client communication and support
- General file management and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in road traffic accident and personal injury work
- A solid understanding of relevant legal principles and court procedures
