An established and growing legal practice is seeking an experienced Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor to join its Liverpool-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and achieving strong outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress a caseload of litigated personal injury matters from defence stage through to settlement or trial
- Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice to clients
- Effectively manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of each case
- Ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with key deadlines
- Deliver a high standard of client care at all stages
About You:
- Previous experience managing a personal injury caseload, ideally including litigated Fast Track files
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving abilities
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
