You will play a key role in supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution or trial. The role offers exposure to both pre- and post-litigation work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims
- Supporting senior lawyers with complex cases
- Assisting with case strategy, progression, and settlement
- Drafting legal documentation (including Letters of Claim and instructions)
- Negotiating settlements and progressing matters to litigation where required
- Coordinating with clients, experts, and third parties
- Supporting team performance and financial targets
About You:
- Newly Qualified in Clinical Negligence
- Experience managing or assisting with a caseload
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident working collaboratively within a team
- Excellent client care skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
