Our client is a leading international claimant-side litigation firm, seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Group Litigation team, working on some of the most significant and high-profile collective actions, currently progressing through the English courts.
This is a rare opportunity to be involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation on behalf of thousands of claimants, often against major multinational corporations.
The Role
- Managing substantial caseloads involving complex procedural and substantive issues
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and applications
- Coordinating with counsel, experts, funders, and international stakeholders
- Assisting with litigation strategy, case progression, and trial preparation
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge development
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–4 PQE (guideline)
- Strong background in commercial litigation, disputes, or group actions
- Experience with High Court litigation and CPR procedures
- Excellent drafting, organisational, and analytical skills
