  • Handling Part 8 proceedings
  • Negotiating costs confidently and robustly
  • Assisting fee earners with general costs-related enquiries

  • Experience as a Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyer
  • Housing Disrepair (HDR) experience is desirable
