We are currently working with a highly regarded, property specialist law firm based in London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team. The Role: You will assist fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The role offers genuine exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your career within a specialist environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting contracts, preparing completion statements, and handling Land Registry applications
  • Carrying out searches and dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Supporting fee earners with file management and progression of matters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines
