Clinical Negligence Lawyer- Remote working in Altrincham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Negligence or Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience to join a well-established and highly regarded team. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of claimant medical negligence matters from instruction through to resolution Conducting detailed legal research and case analysis Liaising with medical experts, counsel, courts, and other parties Providing clear, empathetic, and client-focused advice throughout the lifecycle of each case Using strong litigation and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Supporting business development initiatives, including maintaining relationships with referrers and attending networking events Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate About You Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, or Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience Proven experience managing claimant medical negligence cases independently Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to build rapport with vulnerable clients Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting A collaborative team player with a proactive approach An interest in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues Willingness to travel to the office as required What’s on Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Strong career progression opportunities within a top-tier ranked team The opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists in medical negligence and inquests A supportive, inclusive, and flexible working environment
