You will play a key role in supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution or trial. The role offers exposure to both pre- and post-litigation work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims
  • Supporting senior lawyers with complex cases
  • Assisting with case strategy, progression, and settlement
  • Drafting legal documentation (including Letters of Claim and instructions)
  • Negotiating settlements and progressing matters to litigation where required
  • Coordinating with clients, experts, and third parties
  • Supporting team performance and financial targets

About You:

  • Newly Qualified in Clinical Negligence
  • Experience managing or assisting with a caseload
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Confident working collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
