We are looking for a sales professional and future business leader with a demonstrable track record in software and solution selling, ideally within the Housing and Property sector. Successful candidates will sell Microsoft business applications, open‑source, and AWS software and professional services solutions across the Housing and Property landscape (Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Property Developers, Estate and Lettings Agencies, and Property Management organisations).
Responsibilities- Lead sales opportunity pursuits into existing and new Housing and Property sector customers.
- Develop own accounts and new business pursuits, quickly forming effective virtual team relationships with solutions and client services leads.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through prospecting, qualification, construction, execution, and leadership of complex selling campaigns.
- Manage virtual teams, pipeline, and accurate sales forecasting.
- Contribute to proposition/bid writing for structured procurement processes and lead Go‑To‑Market strategy in collaboration with marketing and presales teams.
- 5–10+ years of demonstrable success selling professional services and cloud software solutions to enterprise‑level customers.
- Extensive experience leading major sales campaigns with C‑suite engagement and deal values between £500k‑£2M+.
- Experience selling software design, development/build, and test professional service solutions.
- Experience selling Microsoft business applications and Azure solutions.
- Experience selling open‑source and AWS‑based software solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of solution selling into the Housing and Property sector.
- Experience building, managing and executing opportunity, account and territory/sector sales plans.
- Evidence of building sustainable sales success through a consultative, relationship‑based sales approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree level education.
- Wider experience in the IT industry enabling cross‑selling initiatives across the Kerv Group portfolio.
- Works best under own direction but fully supported when needed.
- Obvious attention to detail and obsessiveness about little things.
- Escalation handler, able to achieve win‑win outcomes by utilising team skills.
- Effective collaboration with remote teams in India.
- Ability to work flexibly to deliver on‑time to tight timescales.
