Location: hybrid role (remote with regular office visits to Kerv HQ, Seven House, 18 High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ)

The role is part of Kerv’s Strategic Business Development Team. It focuses on growth-hacking, lead generation and building the next generation of customer prospects for Kerv, a provider of digital transformation solutions to UK Government and leading enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Sales prospecting, business development and growth hacking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and support campaigns.
  • Draft and respond to written communications with clients and prospects, maintaining high detail and quality.
  • Exploit modern go-to-market technologies such as Clay.
  • Feed and leverage Kerv’s social media presence to reach target audiences.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to attend technology events and grow brand awareness.

Required skills and experience

  • Entrepreneurial outlook and growth mindset.
  • Early experience in a sales or marketing role, with awareness of modern tooling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, meticulous planning and genuine creativity.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable qualifying prospects on the phone who show purchasing intent.
