Responsibilities:
- Strong implementation background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service and Field Service.
- Hands‑on Power Platform implementation experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, model‑driven apps).
- Pre‑sales engagement including technology evangelism, demonstration, adoption and other early opportunity activities such as bid‑response writing.
- Stakeholder management across executive and front‑line staff.
- Requirements gathering, writing and evolution through business‑process identification, analysis and re‑engineering.
- Leadership of large‑scale Dynamics implementation, principally via online adoption and extensive customisation for bespoke processes.
- Knowledge of cloud‑first architecture, migration planning and execution.
- Technical oversight, including close review of documentation, designs and implemented solutions down to code.
- Strong documentation skills across multiple channels.
- Understanding of Dynamics online architecture, customisation, integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially Azure AD.
- Good entity/data design foundation with MS SQL experience.
- Understanding of source control, particularly Git.
- Practical, hands‑on approach focused on delivering on time.
