Principal Solution Architect

We’re a deeply technical and outwardly facing organisation, so we anticipate that an effective Principal Architect will have prior experiences with consultancy, hands-on delivery, clearly demonstrable pre-sales success and strong relationships with our primary partner, Microsoft.

They will have learned their craft by "doing" and being involved at all levels of an engagement and will not shy away from rolling their sleeves up and pitching in to support teammates should the need arise.

Day to day this will include

happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed

an obvious attention to detail, we want you to obsess about the little things!

an escalation handler, able to achieve win-win outcomes by utilising the skills across the team

ability to work effectively with remote teams in India

*

ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
