This is a delivery-focused (180) role specialising in identifying and engaging engineering talent for AI and Software Engineering vacancies across the US market. You'll have immediate access to live vacancies, established client relationships and the opportunity to earn commission from day one, with a clear pathway into a full 360 consultant role.

About You
We're looking for recruiters who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 12 months' recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within one or more of the following markets:
- AI & Machine Learning
- Data & Analytics
- Software Engineering
- DevOps & Infrastructure
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Other technology recruitment specialisms
- A proven track record of successful delivery
- Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
- High standards, commercial awareness and a strong work ethic
