A hands-on, commercially focused marketing role working across multiple brands within a fast-growing B2B group.

The Opportunity: We are working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing brokerage groups to hire a Marketing Executive into a commercially focused, multi-brand environment. Working across a portfolio of businesses, you’ll play a key role in executing and driving marketing activity that directly supports business growth, communication, and brand positioning. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning delivery. You’ll be involved across campaigns, content, stakeholder communication, and operational marketing, working closely with leadership to turn strategy into execution. The role has been shaped based on existing marketing delivery across the group, with a clear view of what success looks like from day one. The role offers a unique level of exposure across multiple businesses, markets, and commercial challenges. Well suited to someone looking to broaden their exposure while taking ownership of meaningful marketing output.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and internal channels
  • Manage content planning, scheduling, and publishing across multiple brands
  • Write and edit marketing copy, communications, and promotional materials
  • Support founders and stakeholders with personal brand and communication
  • Coordinate design, assets, and external suppliers where required
  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and shared resources
  • Support leadership with presentations, board materials, and strategic comms
  • Assist with event marketing, campaign logistics, and coordination
  • Track performance across campaigns and identify opportunities to improve output

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role (ideally within financial or professional services)
  • Comfortable operating across multiple channels (social, email, campaigns, content)
  • Comfortable using marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Canva, AI tools, email marketing platforms, CRM)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Organised and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware and understands how marketing supports growth
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (travel across JV brands required)

Why This Role:

  • Exposure to multiple brands and business models within one role
  • Direct access to leadership and involvement in commercial decision-making
  • Opportunity to shape and improve marketing across a growing group
  • Broad, hands-on scope - no being siloed into one channel or function
  • A role designed for someone who wants ownership, not just coordination
  • A role with clear expectations, immediate impact, and the opportunity to build on an already active marketing function

The Offer: This is a role with real ownership and visibility across a growing group. You’ll be working closely with leadership, gaining exposure to multiple businesses, and playing a direct role in shaping how marketing supports commercial growth.

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience and location)

  • High level of responsibility and autonomy
  • Clear opportunity to grow with the business
