We are hiring ambitious individuals to join our Leeds and London teams as Executive Search Consultants. The Opportunity
You will work alongside experienced consultants and directors, learning how to manage the full executive search process from brief to offer stage. Our structured training programme is delivered in manageable stages and includes:
- Candidate sourcing and market mapping
- Candidate interviewing and talent engagement
- Candidate marketing
- Client calls and business development
- Retained search and solution selling
- Fee negotiation and commercial conversations
- Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
Alongside our training and leadership teams, you will also have access to dedicated in-house marketing support, shared operations infrastructure and industry-leading tools designed to help consultants build their market presence and generate opportunities more effectively. We combine strong personal branding, market insights and modern recruitment technology to help our consultants build credibility within their industries quickly.
