About the Role: We have recently had a vacancy open for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our existing team and play a key role in supporting our multi-site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact on both people and performance.

Role Requirements:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR strategy, policies, procedures, and employment best practices.
  • Partner with line managers to support recruitment activities and ensure sound, compliant decision-making throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with performance management cycles, learning and development activities, and workforce planning as required.
  • Work closely with managers to foster employee development, support retention strategies, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Lead and support the implementation of HR projects that align with business strategy, including policy reviews and process improvements.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on key HR metrics and development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across all sites to support effective communication and a cohesive, positive culture.
  • Deliver day-to-day HR operations across Bury, Lockerbie, Mallusk, and Rochdale sites, including contract management and employee relations.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary procedures, absence management, dispute resolution, and redundancy processes.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
