PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIVE

Kersia, a global leader in biosecurity and food safety incorporates Kilco International Limited, specialists in biosecurity and food safety. Kilco provides specialist knowledge in animal health and food safety. We are looking for an experienced customer service administrator to provide ongoing daily support to the sales team, customers and all internal departments, as part of the Customer Care team. Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Provide support to the sales team regarding customers. answering calls, order processing, updating internal systems, scanning picking notes and purchase orders onto the system. Provide holiday cover for the Customer Service Manager. Provide stock control support at off site warehouse. Excellent telephone manner with a positive and confident personality. A minimum of 2 year working within a customer relations role. Good use of Microsoft Office packages. Ability to be flexible and understanding.
