About the role:

The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and optimising Kersia’s pricing strategies across the food and beverage, food service and farm portfolios to drive profitable growth. This role balances commercial competitiveness with margin protection, taking into account raw material volatility, retailer dynamics, promotional activity and consumer price sensitivity within the UK market.

The Pricing Manager engages and works cross‑functionally with the Global Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure pricing decisions are data‑led, commercially sound and aligned with overall business strategy. The role will lead the overall pricing strategy to support Kersia\’s growth and profitability in the B2B sector (hygiene and disinfection).

Main Responsibilities:

Definition and implementation of pricing strategy:

  • Develop pricing policies aligned with commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Incorporate changes in raw material costs, competition, and perceived customer value.

Data analysis and management:

  • Leverage sales, margin, and cost data to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Track competitor proactive pricing in relation to market changes in the various business segments.
  • Establish and enforce pricing governance, approvals process and controls.
  • Once established, ensure compliance with agreed pricing policies and authorisations.
  • Analyse cost inputs / contracts / customer profiles (raw materials, logistics) and translate impacts into pricing actions.
  • Create dashboards and key performance indicators for monitoring.
  • Train and support sales retrieve on pricing practices including customer‑specific pricing and negotiations (Food and Beverage, Farm, Food Service and Facilities etc).
  • Ensure consistency of pricing approaches across regions and Business Units.

Cross‑functional collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting and margin management.
  • Participate in pricing governance and ERP projects (Vistex).

av电影 Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Exposure to a global company with an excellent understanding of international cultures.
  • Education: Master\’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in pricing, ideally in an international B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, other).
  • Knowledge of ERP and pricing modules (Vistex is an advantage).
  • Leadership and ability to influence.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A highly resilient, capable individual who can operate strategically in a fast‑paced environment.
  • The ability to speak a second Language in particular Spanish, French or German would be advantageous.
  • A sales / marketing background would be advantageous.
