First Steps Together is a growing group of specialist independent schools delivering support for children and young people with SEND, SEMH and complex presentations. We are seeking a compassionate, resilient Behaviour Support Mentor to join and make a real difference to our pupils.
You will work one-to-one, in small groups and within lessons, applying relational, restorative and trauma-informed approaches to help pupils regulate behaviour and engage in learning.
