*Our Pay Structure*
Monday – Friday £750 Gross (Based on 60 hrs guaranteed)
Guaranteed four nights out per week @ £26.20
Daily Meal allowance of £5 paid daily
*Standard 5 day week with 4 nights out (60 hours guaranteed) - £879.80 Gross*
Overtime paid after 12 hours daily
*Weekend Overtime Rates*
Guaranteed 10 hours @ £15.00 when making a paid Delivery on a Saturday morning
Saturday run in paid on 6 hours guaranteed @ £15 per hour
Sunday hours paid at hourly rate of £15 per hours worked

Quarterly Bonus of £250 for 100% Attendance / No Fault Damages / No Disciplinary
Loyalty Bonus paid £100 per year up to Year 5 which is then capped at £500

Driver referral bonus of £500 *(For a successful referral staying with the company for six months) *
