This is a full-time permanent position for people with a positive, can-do attitude.

Our Pay Structure:

  • Monday - Friday £780 Gross (Based on 60 hrs guaranteed)
  • Guaranteed four nights out per week @ £26.20
  • Daily Meal allowance of £10 paid daily
  • Standard 5 day week with 4 nights out (60 hours guaranteed) - £934.80 Gross
  • Overtime paid after 12 hours daily @ £13 per hour
  • Weekend Overtime Rates Guaranteed 10 hours @ £15.00 when making a paid Delivery on a Saturday morning
  • Saturday run in paid on 6 hours guaranteed @ £15 per hour
  • Sunday hours paid at hourly rate of £15 per hours worked

Bonus Schemes:

  • Quarterly Bonus of £250 for 100% Attendance / No Fault Damages / No Disciplinary
  • Loyalty Bonus paid £100 per year up to Year 5 which is then capped at £500
  • Year 1 - £100
  • Year 2 - £200
  • Year 3 - £300
  • Year 4 - £400
  • Year 5 - £500 - Capped Year 5 and above
  • Driver referral bonus of £500 (For a successful referral staying with the company for six months)
